Dental hygienist Linda was amazing! She was very friendly, professional, and put me at ease during my cleaning. She also did a great job educating me about what she was doing and why throughout my appointment.

Truly best dentist in Chicago. You are paying for perfection. No pain for fillings, insanely good cleaning, and a staff that makes you really feel cared for.

I have been coming to East Erie for over two years and they have been exceptionally gracious and their dentistry is amazing. They work with me regarding payments and I am currently doing Invisalign. Dr. Azim and Jocelyn are the best!

Jocelyn and everyone are always so nice. I'm so glad Jocelyn is back, she is so sweet and understanding. She reminds me what needs to be done and she never pressures me to do it until I can afford it. I have been coming here for years and will always recommend them.

I’m usually not the type of person to write reviews, but I truly wish someone had warned me before I went here.The staff at the front desk and the hygienist in the rooms are amazing very kind, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, the experience completely changes once you get to the back desk where billing is handled. It feels like a total scam. Almost every time I checked out, there was some kind of random charge added to my bill. On top of that, my insurance was billed for services that I did not receive, which is extremely concerning. One time I questioned it, and they removed the charge immediately, which made it feel like they knew it shouldn’t have been there in the first place. If you do decide to go here, make sure you carefully review every charge before you leave and double-check what gets submitted to your insurance. Again service is great but the billing office is a SCAMMM!!!
